Abstract

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia (‘the Court’) is constitutionally defined as an autonomous and independent state body established to protect constitutionality and legality, as well as human and minority rights and freedoms. The issues relating to the functioning of the Court are regulated by the Constitution (Constitution of the Republic of Serbia: 8 November 2006, Art. 166 (Serb) (‘Constitution’)) and the Constitutional Court Act
