In this paper the authors deal with the comparison of the provisions of the Law on Enforcement and Security with the provisions of the Law on Public Notary in the part which regulates the execution of notarial instruments. By constituting the notary offices by passing of the Law on the Public Notary, part of the authority in the enforcement procedure was passed on to notaries. The first part of his paper deals with enforcement documents and court decisions that are eligible to execution. Issues of the enforcement of the court and administrative settlement and the public notary record of the settlement were processed. The matter which is related to the execution of notary records was addressed in particular, in a way that authors first follow legal solutions, and than critically reflect on them and propose new solutions in the part of the analyzed matter of executive law.
