The paper discusses the innovations and specifics in the judgement enforcement procedure regarding wages and other regular income in order to collect rents, legal support, or fines in cases of the employer’s failure to reinstate the employee. In accordance with the law, the court shall issue an execution order to collect rents or legal support, and the public enforcement officers have the authority to carry out the enforcement process. Annuities and rents rank as priority claims by the Law on Enforcement and Security Proceedings. Courts and tribunals issue orders for further payment to employers and authorized persons, in cases of failure to reinstate the employee, and they are also responsible for their execution. The new Law on Enforcement and Security Proceedings seeks to improve the enforcement procedure, through the introduction of new legal profession - public enforcement officers, and increase the efficiency of judgment enforcement process related to the right to annuities.
