Law on executing procedure does not give any special instructions on carrying out the decisions pertaining to the damage remuneration area. It is completely understandable when we have in mind the range of action in the area of damage remuneration so practically all executing forms and means are applicable to this subject. In certain situations the litigation court may not determine the exact amounts but it uses the general and common standards. In individual cases the court shall have to approach collecting certain confirmations or opinions in order to appropriately carry out the proceedings. Acquiring confirmations or expertise to carry out a decision should be treated differently from passing a new decision. The litigation judge has no right to change the executive proceedings in any case, but he may carry out what was noted when composing decision using his knowledge and creative approach.
