The text analyzes Serbia's refusal to participate in international conferences attended by representatives of Kosovo in light of the rules of international law. The conclusion is that such a policy is unnecessary and harmful, as well as that the arguments presented by Serbia on this occasion are inconsistent and confused. It is recommended that Serbia give up its policy of not attending international gatherings in which representatives of Kosovo also participate. If Serbia, despite the fact that the rules of international law say the opposite, believes that mere joint presence at the conferences would lead to doubts about its recognition of Kosovo, it is recommended to make a special statement that would remove those doubts.
